My leading financial services client is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst / BI Developer to join them ASAP you will be involved in producing usable, informative and accurate dashboards and ad-hoc reports to support the safe and successful operation of the business.
Tech Stack
Strong SQL and Python Skills
Business Intelligence tool -PowerBI, Qlik or Tableau
Experience of working with Alteryx and Snowflake, or similar tools.
Responsibilities
- You will build and enhance BI dashboard products to support both day-to-day business activity and change programs in achieving their objectives
- You must have a proven background in Financial Service / Wealth Management
- Proven background in delivery of the BI requirements of strategically significant change and transformation projects
- Contribute to the Business Intelligence function's reputation as a responsive and reliable source of information.
- Be able to highlight any deficiencies, errors or unknowns in the data being used.
- Help build 'single sources of truth' to avoid competing metrics
- Be able to understand and interpret business requirements and translate these into usable products
- Client data held is accurate and up-to-date and informs the business
- Proactively provide relevant insights discovered
