As a Bid Coordinator (internal job title), you will play a pivotal role in our bid production team, where you'll be responsible for crafting visually captivating and persuasive bid documents and proposals. Working closely with various stakeholders, you'll coordinate the tender process from initiation to submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.


Bid Coordination:

  • Coordinate the tender process from initiation to submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
  • Analyse tender documents to understand project requirements, scope and evaluation criteria.
  • Collaborate with bid production manager, subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop key messages.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • Demonstrate excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills to ensure clarity, accuracy, and coherence in bid documents.
  • Tailor tender responses to meet the specific needs and priorities of each client, emphasising relevant experience, qualifications and capabilities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive bid library of standard templates, content, and supporting materials.
  • Prepare and format tender documents according to company standards and client specifications.
  • Manage document version control and accurately record updates and revisions.
  • Collaborate with the Bid Production Manager to continuously enhance the quality of our submissions.


You will bring to the table…

  • Proven experience in bid coordination, tender management, proposal development, and graphic design in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Worked in Ceros or similar web build programmes (Wix/Wordpress)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
