Bid Coordinator

London (hybrid working)

Full-time, Permanent


Consult Energy is working with a prominent renewable energy business who is looking to add a Bid Analyst/Bid Coordinator into the team to focus on public sector tenders. You’ll be pivotal in delivering industry-leading solutions for public sector customers and growing the company’s presence in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage compliant commercial materials for public sector bids.
  • Ensure adherence to internal bid processes and governance.
  • Collaborate with teams to assess tenders and mitigate risks.
  • Lead bid meetings and track progress.
  • Report bid statuses to senior management and analyse feedback.
  • Drive innovation and contribute to the growth of our public sector portfolio.


Skills and Experience:

  • Understanding of the UK energy supply industry would be valuable but isn’t essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire bid process.
  • Experience in creating commercial materials and tender responses.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.


Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Location: West London (hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
