Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Bid Coordinator to join our London Team to deliver outstanding bid documents to support our consultancy team.

ABOUT THE JOB

At TFP, our clients trust us completely with their furniture requirements, relying on us to manage the entire process seamlessly. As a Junior Bid Coordinator, you will work closely with the Bid Manager and Consultancy teams to produce bid documents, proposals and presentation materials to the highest standard to support TFP in winning new projects. You will also work closely with the Bid Manager and Marketing Team to create materials such as new case studies, or documents required by consultancy throughout the bid and project lifecycle. You will be responsible for monitoring requests and keeping all bid master files and templates up to date, ensuring that TFP’s bid material is kept on brand, fresh and relevant.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you need:

  1. A GCSE in Maths and English
  2. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
  3. Excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude
  4. Excellent written English and communication skills
  5. An eye for editorial detail and graphic consistency across materials
  6. Good MS Office skills – including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  7. Good technical knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Pro
  8. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  9. The ability to deliver the highest priorities when time is short
  10. To be able to work with a variety of departments in a fast-paced environment
  11. To be highly personable, organised and self-motivated
  12. A flexible working attitude with an appreciation that this isn’t your usual 9 to 5 role; there will be times extra work is required to meet project deadlines
