Job Title: Bid Coordinator/Bid Writer
Location: Charles Ave, Burgess Hill RH15 9RY
Mode of working: Hybrid (2 Days/Week in Office)
Job Type: 6 Months Contract

Experience
- Successful experience in a business function (sales, business/market development) in the healthcare industry.
- Successful experience in planning, producing and delivering compliant proposal documents within a complex business environment.
- Working with tender management tools and writing aids.
- Evidence of building productive customer relationships leading to positive and sustainable outcomes.
- Skilled in fostering a cross functional/matrix team environment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Evidence of maintaining a bid content library
Knowledge
- Good understanding of public contract regulations / tendering rules (OJEU, UK & Ireland procurement, NHS procurement frameworks - further competitions and direct awards) and the post Brexit public procurement framework.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to learn and be challenged, self driven and motivated, capable of working with autonomy and assessing when to involve management support.
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills backed up by a solid analytical capability and excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Teamplayer in a matrix with the ability to influence team member activities without direct authority and across internal functions to achieve objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate information technically and creatively.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for formatting reviewing and proofreading of materials for content and grammar.
- Ability to create and manage template documents.
- Be highly organized and feel comfortable in coordinating and managing multiple bids.
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast paced environment while juggling multiple concurrent deadlines.
- Flexibility on working to complete critical bids out of hours on occasion which in turn is supported by flexible working patterns
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
