Location: Plymouth (Hybrid / flexible working available)

Company: Services Design Solution – an award-winning Sustainable Engineering Design Consultancy.

We are an award-winning sustainable engineering design consultancy based in Plymouth, and we’re looking for a proactive and organised Bid and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. You will undertake a range of supporting bid and marketing activities to drive continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the bidding process, efficiently manage eProcurement portal systems and act as Bid Coordinator for live opportunities. Support bid library management.
  • Format and develop bid response documents with effective version control. Create branded CVs, project sheets, and capability statements for bids.
  • Support monthly sales and bidding activity reporting.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Social Value leads to deliver the marketing plan.
  • Lead internal communications via email, meetings, posters, etc.
  • Support award nominations submissions.
  • Update the website, social media channels, support creation of on brand, design work and content.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified to a minimum of Level 4 or equivalent in a relevant subject or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience of delivering projects to tight deadlines, coordinating tasks and individuals and solving problems and issues successfully.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including relationship development and stakeholder management to a senior level.
  • Good attention to detail and a methodical, process-driven approach to tasks.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a pressurised, business-critical environment.
  • Experience with design software would be an advantage
  • Driving licence and willingness to travel on throughout the Southwest
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal hours to support marketing activities when required
