My client is an interior design company that offers innovative andinspiring total solutions for working environments. They offer workplacesolutions for offices, schools & healthcare, with a focus on design,ergonomics & sustainability. Their reputation within the market isoutstanding.Due to continued success they are now seekinga Bid & Tender Coordinator based at their London or Langley office. What youwill do as a Bid & Tender Coordinator·Takeownership of the tender process ▪ Co-ordinate the tenders, RFI’s, RFQ’s and RFP’s responsesinternally. ▪ Correspond with the tenderteam for corporate /in-depth processes information. ▪ Work closely alongside your colleagues to gather theinformation. ▪ Plan workloads and timescales by setting deadlines for each partof the tender process▪ Assist in the specification of the clients’ and 3rd partyproducts ▪ Quality assuring of alltender responses ▪ Responsible for managingall the portals and framework agreements are kept up to date. ▪ Have a graphical eye toensure all presentations and submissions showcase the best of the brand andoffering.▪ Additional presentational work to aid the design team, such asO&M manuals, Product pack specifications and Product presentationBenefits –Bid & Tender Manager:·Private Medical Scheme·Medical Cashplan·Salary Sacrifice Pension 2% employee and 8% employer(after 10 years it increases to 10% employer)·25 days annual leave can earn 4 bonus day plus 1Charity Day.·Death in Service 4 x salary·Income Protection 75% of salary for 3 years·Cycle to work scheme·Discounted Gym Memberships·Eyecare vouchers·Long Service Awards·Employee Assistance Programme·Flu Jabs Whatskills you will need as a Bid & Tender Coordinator:·2+ years’ experience working with tenders.• Graphic design degree or relevant knowledge. • Copywriting qualification(not mandatory). • Highley proficient in InDesign. • Good Microsoft Officeskills especially PowerPoint. • Good communication skills. • Good written skills. • Good knowledge ofPhotoshop and Adobe. • Understanding of AutoCAD– Not essential.
