Serious / Brain Injury – Solicitor – London - Up to £70,000 – REF 627359DL
The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning, modern, dynamic, and supportive law firm offering specialist quality legal advice for Personal, Serious and Catastrophic Injury as well as Clinical Negligence. The firm is recognised across the region for its outstanding client care and high-quality work.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s commercial offering, it is now seeking a Serious Injury Solicitor. There are multiple newly created roles due to the continuing expansion plans.
The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, including a proven track record of dealing with Serious Injury work, particularly Brain Injury matters, to include Litigated multi-track cases.
The successful candidate will be expected to work self sufficiently, running a complex and diverse caseload. They will manage a complex Serious Injury / Brain Injury caseload from inception to conclusion as well as supervising a small team. They will also progress cases in line with company targets.
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor – ideally 1+ PQE
- Serious Brain Injury experience (multi-track EL/PL/RTA cases)
- Experienced in Litigation
- Flexibility to travel to clients when required
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
- Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
