The RoleOperate press brakes, guillotines, and other machinery to fabricate components accurately and efficiently.Read and interpret detailed in-house and customer drawings to ensure precise fabrication.Work with various materials, including Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum, to produce high-quality components.Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise during fabrication processes.Work effectively under pressure to meet project deadlines and production targets.Maintain a strong work ethic in a busy and varied workshop environment.Communicate effectively with team members and integrate seamlessly into a small team.The CandidateProven experience as a Fabricator in a workshop environment.Proficiency in operating press brakes, guillotines, and other relevant machinery.Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings accurately.Experience working with Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum materials.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.Excellent work ethic and ability to adapt to a busy and varied workshop environment.Good communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively in a small team The PackageThe salary offered for this position is £12 to £16 plus overtime and a bonus to a candidate that can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
