Job Title: CNC Setter & Operator (Press Brake Operator/Sheet Metal Fabricator)
Location: Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire
Salary: Up to £40k-42k(depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Days
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced CNC Setter and Brake Press Operator with a strong background in sheet metal fabrication to join our team in Bishop's Stortford.
Key Responsibilities:
Press Brake Operation: Set up and operate the Amada Press Brake Machine, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Sheet Metal Fabrication: Handle various sheet metal tasks, including cutting on the guillotine, punching, and folding.
Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret DFX and PDF drawings.
General Fabrication: Utilize your background in general fabrication to contribute to various tasks within the workshop.
Requirements:
Experience: We require someone with substantial knowledge and experience in sheet metal fabrication, specifically with Amada Press Brake Machines.
Skills: Ability to manually input information into Amada Programs and accurately set up the machine. Must be proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
What We Offer:
