- managing and motivating a team of recruitment consultants
- ensuring targets are not just met but exceeded
- developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
- building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- mentoring and training team members
- ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations
- reporting on sales figures, KPIs, and other performance indicators
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Branch Manager role within the education recruitment sector
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Excellent leadership, management, and coaching skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound understanding of the education sector and recruitment industry, including compliance and regulatory requirements.
