The Role

To develop specific Marketing based initiatives to achieve both long and short term agreed business goals, as per overall strategic marketing plan. Manage specific product marketing activities under the guidance of senior marketing personnel.

What will you be doing?

  • and create the production of product specific sales support materials under the guidance of senior marketing personnel, including creation of clear written agency briefs and support marketing plan creation.
  • in the development of robust tactical plans with support as required from senior marketing / sales personnel; this will involve presenting to company sales teams.
  • and critically review implementation of activities for assigned product portfolio / initiatives against key performance indicators and propose corrective action as necessary.
  • prepare, closely monitor and control delegated budgets within areas of responsibility. This will include review and liaison with Finance colleagues.
  • with NHS personnel and development of Key Opinion Leaders within areas of therapeutic responsibility.

The Person

Education

Degree level education preferably in a life science or marketing related discipline.

Related Experience

1-2 years marketing experience.

Experience of KOL development.

Devising of strategic campaigns and brand plan creation.

Working with third party agencies.

Adherence to an SOP based approach to Marketing activities.

Project management experience.

Special Knowledge and Skills

Ability to effectively communicate to large groups of sales personnel both directly and in writing.

Knowledgeable of NHS structures and processes (preferable).

High levels of numeracy and written skills with attention to detail.

Computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
