Alongside People Partnering, you will manage the acquisition of talent for professional, volume, technical and emerging talent groups covering the broad range of roles and professions across British Airways Worldwide Airports and Engineering located in the Americas.

- Experienced in using psychometric assessment tools
- SHRM qualified /member (desirable)
- Degree qualified or related recruitment qualifications or relevant experience
- Manage stakeholders including senior management clients
- Proven ability to deliver multiple recruitment campaigns
- Expertise in recruitment delivery for volume and professional hires
- Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (desirable)
- Knowledge of employment law and other relevant regulatory policies and procedures
- Proven ability to work under pressure, to defined timescales and budget
- Expertise in direct sourcing approaches across a range of professions and industry sectors (essential)
- Proven strategic resource planning for short, mid and long term
- Expertise in innovating and activating social media channels
