ICP Search, in partnership with a leading media and broadcast solutions provider, is seeking a Broadcast Engineer to join their dynamic operational engineering support team. This renowned company specialises in managed service contracts, media delivery, and broadcast information channels, holding prestigious contracts with entities such as the UK Parliament, UK Supreme Court, and the Greater London Authority.


Role Overview:


As a Broadcast Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in our operational engineering support team. Based primarily onsite in central London, you'll also have the chance to work across our clients’ various operations. You'll join a welcoming team dedicated to service excellence and staff development.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Set-up, operate, and maintain a range of Broadcast & Audio Visual equipment.
  • Conduct first and second-line maintenance tasks.
  • Operate and configure technical equipment including cameras, vision switchers, audio consoles, and video routers.
  • Utilise technologies such as Dante, Hybrid SDI routing, and IP Networking.
  • Conduct fibre optic testing, cable termination, and signal analysis.


Requirements:


  • Familiarity with Dante, Hybrid SDI routing, Vision Switchers, Audio Consoles, Broadcast Control Systems, IP Networking, fibre optic testing, cable termination, and broadcast/AV signal analysis.
  • Strong technical and operational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-skilled team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
