Akton are recruiting on behalf of a client who is looking for a to join their team in London.
Responsibilities
- configure, and commission BMS components and equipment, including sensors, controllers, actuators, and software systems.
- out maintenance checks on Trend, Tridium and Distech BMS’s on various sites.
- call out rota will be worked (additional financial benefit included for being on call and attending)
- technical assistance and support to clients regarding their BMS systems.
- opportunities for improvement/remedial works to improve the performance of the BMS’s for clients.
- proposals and quoting of works as required.
Requirements
- & Guild / BTec / NVQ Electrical.
- knowledge & experience of BMS / HVAC.
- & experience with either Trend, Tridium Controls/Niagara/Distech/Siemens (not all are required as training will be provided)
- working knowledge of the electrical industry.
- to read and interpret Electrical & Mechanical schematic diagrams.
- of IT networks.
- working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- UK driving licence.
- training / experience.
- with fault finding in electrical panels.
- writing skills.
