The Building Services Manager Role
As a key member of the project team you will be reporting to the Project Manager and the Regional Building Services Manager. You will assist with the successful delivery of building services through construction, commissioning and handover.
Your profile
A successful track record of working on multi-million pound construction projects.
You will be able to successfully liaise with the client's team and their objectives across the full range of building services disciplines
Degree qualified or HND in Building Services or related field
Member of an industry related professional body (e.g. CIBSE, ASHRAE, IEE)
P22 and NEC3 experience desirable.
