As the Building Services Supervisor, you'll hold operational responsibility for ensuring the successful delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive task delivery across regional sites.

Job Description

Your duties will include supervising, overseeing, and personally carrying out PPM, Reactive Maintenance, and any extra works or emergencies as required by the contract.


​You'll ensure that all tasks are performed in accordance with contract requirements, maintaining compliance with electrical High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) regulations.


Additionally, you'll be responsible for planning and executing critical work efforts, including production CEOP (Control of Energy to Operational Plant), to maintain the integrity and reliability of building services infrastructure. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and the timely resolution of maintenance issues.



Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Engineering Shift Team completion of planned maintenance and reactive repairs of mechanical and electrical building services and associated equipment
  • Produce Monthly reports as required to support site operations
  • Report all activity and incidents to the Senior Critical Engineering Lead
  • Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation associated the electrical aspects of the PPM and plant



Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • MUST have an Electrical Bias background.
  • Previous experience with HV and Critical Environments
  • Additional training will be provided eg. LVAP, HVAP, Mechanical AP and Confirmed Spaces AP, which will lead to additional salary once trained and appointed
  • Looking to grow and progress within this role
