Job Description
I am working in partnership with one of the UK's leading healthcare providers who are seeking to appoint a Building Surveyor to cover their Midlands region.
You will be responsible for maintaining a number of properties that the organisation operate in the West Midlands area.
Within this role responsibilities will include:
- Performing inspections and condition surveys
- Preparing schedules of work
- Writing technical reports
- PPM
- Management of remedial works
- Budgeting
- Management of compliance issues
- Energy efficiency/decarbonisation matters
- Acting as the Principle designer
Salary: Circa £50,000 + Car Allowance (dependent on experience)
Hybrid Working (2/3 split)
Free Parking
