Your new company
Excellent opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy within their experienced Building Surveying team. You will be joining a small consultancy where each employee is treated as an individual and are given autonomy whilst also being part of a team environment. The organisation prides themselves on receiving a high volume of repeat business and has an excellent project pipeline. They are involved in a variety of projects including office, schools, ecclesiastical, heritage and conservation.

Your new role
As the Building Surveyor you will work on a range of property types from refurbishments of Victorian houses through to ecclesiastical buildings, schools and offices. You will work on a range of projects including minor contracts, major refurbishments and producing planned maintenance programmes. You are likely to be involved with condition surveys, producing specification of works and managing contractors.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need to have experience within building surveying and be competent managing projects. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required.
