Job Description
We are looking to appoint three Chartered Building Surveyors with a background in Housing Disrepair work. The role can be home based, with occasional travel to the office, based in West Yorkshire. As part of their continued expansion, we are seeking three experienced Chartered Building Surveyors to join their growing team. A background within the social-housing arena Highly proficient in housing disrepair Expert in defect analysis Strong experience in conducting residential surveys and identifying housing defects Exceptional report writing skills Full UK driving licence In this role, you will focus on producing Part 35 expert witness reports related to housing disrepair cases. This includes inspecting properties, documenting findings, and preparing Scott Schedules, complete with inspection photographs. Inspections will vary between Single, Single Joint, and Joint inspections, based on solicitors' instructions. Most surveys will be conducted across the North of England.
