A leading, national property agent are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.

About the role/office:
- Commercial and Industrial sectors with work including warehouses, nurseries, offices & colleges
- Work covers all aspects of building pathology and no one is pigeonholed onto one specific service so work will be varied
- Business development opportunities with new and existing clients
- Lots of progression opportunities with promotion from within a priority
- Social team with quarterly funded socials plus biannual company wide events
- Hybrid working - 3 days in office/on site, 2 days at home
The ideal person:
- Has experience within the Birmingham market
- Building pathology experience
- Experience within commercial or industrial sectors
Please note you will require a DBS check for this role due to the nature of some of the projects.
