About this opportunity The successful candidate will be pro-active in achieving results and working well within an experienced team, specializing in all modes of transportation such as Rail Infrastructure, Rollingstock, Train Operating Companies, Highways, Airports. Main Responsibilities• Formatting CV’s• Issuing contracts• Dealing with pay queries• Updating/management of internal/external Excel spreadsheets• Use of company database and associated compliance systems• Arranging contractor training and assessment dates • Supporting the recruitment team with day to day queries• Communications with both candidates / contractors and clients• Handling key recruitment data and updating candidate records• Liaising with external agency suppliers How you will be supportedFull training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.What will happen nextNew applicants to The Growth Company who meet any basic entry requirements of the role will be contacted within two working days to be invited to meet a member of our team.
