City: Leeds Contract Type: Full-time Job-Code: 4621 Department: Other Finance / Administration Your Tasks Learn and perform routine administration tasks for the Timberpak Leeds site as directed. Manage diaries, schedules, and timetables. Store, retrieve, and archive information physically and electronically. Organise meetings and take minutes. Deal with suppliers and customer accounts. Input figures and process quotations/invoices. Conduct telephone work and customer satisfaction surveys. Undertake purchasing duties as required. Liaise effectively with the site Administration team. Book transport and undertake any other reasonable duties as agreed by the Site Manager. Our Requirements For all our apprenticeships, we are looking for self-motivated learners with excellent interpersonal skills as you will be working with a range of departments. You will also need the following: Good standard of secondary education with a minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C / 4 or above, including Maths and English. Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills. Well-organised, efficient, and possessing a confident telephone manner. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
