The Role:

As a Business Administrator at Leap29, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:


  • Overseeing the on-boarding administration and mobilization of contractors for one of Leap29's Key Clients.
  • Processing contractor timesheets, expenses, and payments for monthly payroll.
  • Completion and set up of work orders.
  • Processing contractors' personal and bank details.
  • Collecting and submitting contractors' documents for work permits.
  • Generating and processing invoices.
  • Inputting all contractor information accurately onto our internal database.
  • Communication with external clients regarding contractors' timesheets and information.
  • Utilising Excel, our in-house CRM system, client, and payment portals.
