Job Title: ENDUR Business Analyst

Location: London (2 days onsite)

Contract Length: 6-12 months (extendable)

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

A leading energy client is seeking an experienced ENDUR Business Analyst with strong knowledge of the Aligne application to join their ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) implementation team. This role is critical for supporting the analysis and development activities required for complex data migration from Aligne to Endur.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience of Aligne and Endur (5-10 years of experience)
  • Strong hands-on experience in developing complex reports using Aligne Reporter.
  • Strong understanding of the Aligne data model.
  • Data Migration:
  • Proven experience in data migration projects.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong complex PL/SQL knowledge.
  • Systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving with close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Aligne Expertise:
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of Aligne application functionality, report writing, and system configuration to meet business requirements.
  • Consult on the business processes supported by the Aligne application.
  • Business Analysis:
  • Conduct IT business analysis for project, discretionary, and operational items.
  • Define business requirements, design business solutions, create functional specifications, and develop acceptance criteria.
  • Plan and manage acceptance testing for the delivery of changes.
  • Best Practices:
  • Apply available standards, methods, and tools effectively, contributing to Shell BA best practices.
  • Produce high-standard documentation, both technical and descriptive.
  • Innovation:
  • Generate innovative solutions to existing problems or new opportunities.
  • Research potential solutions and innovative ideas to enhance results or maximize potential.
  • Compliance:
  • Follow and implement Shell Information Risk Management policies and procedures.
