In this role, you will drive and assist implementation of projects, events and initiatives and coordinate outcomes to support the ongoing performance and operations of the Corporate Operations Group and you will develop agendas, inputs, outputs and reporting for leadership meetings. This will involve collaborating and working closely with various senior stakeholders across all Corporate Operations Group divisions, Technology, Operations, Human Resources, Business Services, Business Improvement & Strategy, and the Macquarie Group Foundation.

From a strategic perspective, you will work with the Chief Operations Officer for EMEA, the Business Manager for Corporate Operations Group in EMEA and the Corporate Operations Group Regional Leadership Team to develop and implement the Corporate Operations Group strategy in region. You will be focused on uplifting the quality and efficiency of regular reporting requirements in Corporate Operations Group and driving initiatives to automate processes where possible.

You will have the opportunity to lead and participate in a wide variety of projects with both global and regulatory focus, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders across business groups and central support groups.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with highly talented individuals. You will be a strong collaborator, with other business managers and the teams across Corporate Operations Group. You will be a strong communicator, both written and verbal and be able to deliver key messages succinctly and effectively. You will also interface well and have credibility with senior leaders.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong planning and prioritization skills - an ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, keeping visibility on urgency/importance and re-adjusting prioritization as needed and remaining agile. There is a need to be able to drive initiatives autonomously, keeping the Head of Corporate Operations Group Business Management and the Corporate Operations Group COO up to date as needed.
