Job Description:
- Responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Experience – Min 7+ years.
- Good analytical skill to interpreting data, conducting market research, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Experience in developing business requirements, creating reports and presentations.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external audience.
- Ability to critical thinking and translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, project management, and business process modelling.
- Collaborate with marketing and alliances team to align business strategies with market demands.
- Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of sales processes is key.
- Domain – Cross domain understanding of IT services.
- Resource would be required to work from London, UK.
