Business Change / Process Analysis / Insurance
KEY SKILLS:
- Strong process mapping / change management experience
- Solid insurance background
- Some data analysis, mapping experience
THE ROLE:
You will work closely with key business stakeholders to analyse business processes and workflows. You will deliver high quality business requirements from key stakeholders on a full end to end basis including documentation in appropriate tools, analyse and understand business processes to enable production of “as-is” and “to be” process documentation, & conduct gap analysis and Identify inconsistencies across the mapped business processes and highlight opportunities for improvement.
THE CANDIDATE:
The candidate will be have strong business & IT change analysis experience gained working within the insurance sector. You will be comfortable facilitating / running workshops for business stakeholders, have some data analysis, mapping exposure and ideally have worked on some of the London Market initiatives.
