Job Description
Role: Business Analyst (Retail Banking)
Rate: £500 - £550/day (via umbrella)
Duration: 6 months (long-term extensions beyond initial contract)
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid Working)
Multiple Business Analysts are required to join a leading Retail Banking client for long-term programmes of work based in Cardiff (with flexible working available).
The ideal and successful candidates will be required to hit the ground running.
Key skills & experience required:
- Extensive background working in financial services and retail banking
- Excellent knowledge and experience working on Collections and Recoveries projects and initiatives
- Well-rounded core BA skillset with the ability to elicit requirements and produce quality documentation
- Experience and knowledge of both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Ability to work in unstructured environments and be adaptable
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to forge relationships quickly with key stakeholders
