Meraki Talent’s well regarded fund management client is actively looking for a Business Analyst – Fixed Income (Buy side) to join at the start of a large scale transformation programme aligned to the Front Office and Fixed Income side of the business. This candidate will play a key role in remodelling and enhancing the Fixed Income capabilities of the global organisation. This role would suit an experienced Business Analyst with extensive experience working within the Front Office, with a technical depth in Fixed Income experience who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to get involved in a ‘greenfield’ or ‘grassroots’ programme, from the very beginning.
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst – Fixed Income (Buy side):
- Work with the business and technology to conduct analysis and produce project artefacts, process flows, requirements docs and other documentation
- Build SME across the fixed income functions and systems
- Lead detailed meetings ensuring they are objective driven
- Actively promote compliance with strategic programs and projects across data and order management
Background of the Business Analyst – Fixed Income (Buy side)
- Extensive experience working as a career business/change analyst, with solid BA ‘craft’
- A strong technical Fixed Income background is absolutely essential for this role, candidates will be tested on their FI knowledge at 1st stage interview
- Several years experience working within or directly alongside the Front Office of a fund management business, is essential for this role (Please note our client has specifically requested several years buy side experience)
- Strong documentation skills
