Job Description

A leading global organisation are offering the opportunity for a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team to support a Pension Administration and HR Benefits projects playing a pivotal role in delivering a new platform for pension administration and HR benefits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for the implementation of a new pension administration and HR benefits platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, finance, IT, and external vendors, to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Work closely with the project management team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Assist in the design and testing phases to ensure that the solution meets business requirements and quality standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the new platform.


Qualifications:

  • Experience of the Pensions administration domain and/or HR benefits.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on large-scale, bespoke software implementation projects, ideally within pension administration or HR benefits.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, particularly in the context of pension and employee benefits.


This is a 6-month contract with the scope to extend and a day rate between £600-700/d inside IR35.
