Central London, hybrid working with 2 days in the office

The business supports over 2000 customers, including well over 200 resellers with a range of services from connectivity to cyber security, SD-WAN and fully managed IT services making sure that their customers multi site environments are simple and secure where end to end users can access all their business applications wherever they are.


The role of the Business Analyst will be to gather and analyse customer requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications in order for the migration projects to be delivered on time. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transitions for their customers from legacy systems to modern technologies. It will specifically focus on the PSTN migration to SIP in time for the switch off next year and moving all their customers from Broadband to full Fibre.


You will be responsible for the project planning, defining the project scope, objectives and success criteria. You'll work closely with the PM, delivery teams and technical teams to gather and understand customer requirements and drive the the project from initiation through to successful delivery. This is a full end to end migration project role and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering successful business critical system migrations.
