We are currently looking for a Business Applications Support Analyst
- To be the support and process specialist for business application solutions at MM Flowers.
- Handle support issues raised by users regarding ERP, Reporting Tools and other business applications.
- Support the wider digital business (DotCom).
- Support local IT technical issues in line with other members of the Support Team
- Provide regular updates to the business leadership team.
- End user training.
What you can already do
- Understanding of ERP in FMCG / horticultural environment.
- Supporting users in a fast moving environment
- Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Self Confidence, quick starter and initiative to work with minimum supervision.
- A well organised, detailed, and structured method of working.
- Good understanding of Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, Project, and SharePoint
- Ability to work in a team, handing multiple challenges and some complex requirements.
- Aware of, and a keenness to keep current on the latest, new emerging technologies and the ability to learn quickly.
