About The Team & Role We are looking for a creative individual who just loves the world of change and transformation. As Business Change Coordinator, you will report to our Business Change Manager, who will actively develop you in the role. The role involves supporting the development and maintenance of business change management assets, developing content for communications and engagement, supporting change champions networks, and organising and facilitating change management activities, events, and training. The role holder will receive hands-on training as they work and should, over time, develop competencies and skills in change management. As well as the expected analysis skills, the role requires an individual who has a creative streak within the parameters of the role. This position is a twelve-month fixed term contract. About You We are looking for someone who is curious about change, is organised in their work, and able to use their own initiative to achieve objectives. Your energy creates action and as part of the GCC Transformation team you are comfortable sharing your views and encouraging others. You will be inquisitive by nature to get the answers you need, and be able to adapt, willing to embrace the new, and approach all situations proactively and with a deadline in mind.
