Gravitas is currently recruiting for an accomplished Business Continuity Analyst to join one of our key London Insurance clients and contribute to a Business Continuity Programme of work to deliver a corporate wide BCP capability that addresses business recovery and emergency response management, in line with regulatory requirements, SS1 / 21.
The successful candidate will support the business in delivering a refresh of the BCP's and ensure alignment to incident management process. You will be expected to work collaboratively across the organisations functions and support the build and scheduling of testing for 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
Extensive experience with strategy & planning. Deliver a business continuity plan across an organisation. Build a framework to manage all business continuity lifecycle activities including risk assessment, business impact analysis, testing, planned maintenance and updates. Set and agree on a clear set of roles and responsibilities for the development and approval plans. Deliver a refresh of Business Continuity Plans, working with stakeholders to facilitate quality inputs & outputs and standardise as and where required. Build specific scenarios to the business/process to test resiliency vulnerabilities, understanding upstream and downstream, influence & dependencies. Strong stakeholder management experience is key, running & delivering workshops to Snr Claims & Finance individuals, as you will be expected to present and update on project progress.If you are interested, please apply with the latest version of your CV for an immediate response.
