The Role
Our client, a full service law firm is committed to delivering outstanding legal services in the Business Crime and Regulatory sector.
They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Crime & Regulatory Solicitor with a strong background in Financial Regulatory matters to join their esteemed team in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2-4 PQE associate seeking the chance to navigate complex Financial Regulations and defend clients in high-stakes Business Crime cases.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in matters related to fraud, bribery, corruption, and money laundering
- Handle regulatory investigations and proceedings involving financial regulatory bodies such as the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Serious Fraud Office (SFO)
- Conduct internal investigations for corporate clients to identify and address potential regulatory breaches
- Draft comprehensive legal documents, reports, and case files
- Conduct thorough legal research and stay informed about developments in financial regulatory law and business crime
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored legal solutions and ongoing support
The Candidate
- 2-4 PQE Business Crime & Regulatory Solicitor
- Understanding of Financial Regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record in managing complex and high-profile cases
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
