Business Development Director – Green Hydrogen Integrator
Business Development Director sought by Green Hydrogen Integrator and Energy Infrastructure Investor.
Our client have established themselves as a pioneer in creating “end to end” Hydrogen and Electrification solutions for Transport, Manufacturing and Products businesses. They have built a presence within the Surface Transport, Maritime and Construction industries. As part of a consortium of businesses, they are involved in an end-to-end process from developing and operating the required energy infrastructure assets (Renewable Power Generation, Electrolysis plants) to the transportation and distribution of Green Hydrogen and the provision of turnkey, zero-emissions solutions.
The Business Development Director will have a strong track record of driving growth, increasing revenue, identifying & developing new business opportunities, and will lead on building and expanding the presence of the company, and it’s associated brands. You will have a background within the gases industriesor related energy utilities (conventional gases, specialist, biofuels, alternative fuels, hydrogen +), and a natural leader with demonstrable success in devising and executing on company strategy.
Business Development Director Key Requirements:
- Experience in business development and client facing activities with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions
- Experience working within the gases or alternative fuels industry
- Passionate about opportunities emerging in the Energy Transition
- Drive and entrepreneurial spirit to grow a business with a global focus
- Track record of developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals
- Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities
- Strong research, financial modelling, analytical and valuation skills
- Good commercial judgement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to excel in high-pressure situations.
