They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (B2B) to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over a year of experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of success in prospecting leads, cold calling, and managing the full sales cycle. Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels. Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services. Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales tactics and improve performance. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Expectations & Requirements: Proven B2B sales experience of over 1 year. Strong ability to prospect leads and conduct effective cold calls. Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Highly motivated with a results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
