The Role:
Seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager/Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in IT Managed Services or IT Hardware sales.
If you enjoy working within a vibrant and fun environment, are ambitious and enthusiastic about generating new business, and have a knack for building strong relationships, you could be the perfect fit for the team.
Your goal will be to work towards and achieve a monthly sales target of £10k+ GP.
Key Responsibilities:
Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to provide IT Managed Services and IT Hardware services.
Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Target Achievement:
Work towards consistently achieving and exceeding a sales target of £10k per month GP.
Analysis:
Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to identify potential growth areas.
Strategy:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
Experience:
2-3 years of proven sales experience in IT Managed Services or IT Hardware.
Ambition:
A strong desire to succeed and a proactive approach to generating new business.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Results-Driven:
A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Player:
Ability to work effectively within a vibrant, fun-loving team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
Location:
Based in or willing to relocate to Leeds.
The Offer:
Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 base salary dependent on experience and performance with an attractive commission structure worth an office average of £13,000 - £25,000.
