We are representing a global, provider of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, empowering businesses to streamline document management, automate workflows, and optimize business processes. Their innovative platform enables organizations to increase efficiency, improve compliance, and enhance digital transformation efforts.


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Manager to join their team. As a key member of the business development department, you will build and manage strong relationships with channel partners and resellers to drive revenue growth and expand their ECM solutions' market reach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Development: Identify, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners and resellers to promote their ECM solutions.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary training, tools, and resources to effectively sell and implement their ECM offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Foster long-term partnerships by maintaining regular communication, conducting joint business planning, and resolving any partner-related issues.
  • Revenue Growth: Work collaboratively with partners to identify new business opportunities, co-develop sales strategies, and exceed revenue targets.
  • Partner Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop co-branded campaigns, sales collateral, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor partner performance, track sales metrics, and provide regular reports to leadership on partner progress and revenue contributions.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date on ECM industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to ensure partners are well-positioned to meet customer needs.


Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development, preferably within ECM, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, document management, and digital workflow automation is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on delivering results.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing partner performance metrics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
