Business Development Manager
Nigel Wright are delighted to partnering with a rapidly growing Financial Services organisation based in the heart of Leeds who have developed a market technology capability that provide a fantastic service for both Consumers and business partners.
As the Business Development Manager, you'll be at the heart of their growth strategy. Working closely with the Commercial Director, you'll drive new partnerships, nurture existing relationships, and help implement key strategies to propel the company forward.
Salary: £40k - £50k basic £70k OTE
Key Responsibilites
- New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out and develop new partnerships across financial markets.
- Strategy Implementation: Assist in implementing strategic plans devised by senior management.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular reports and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams for a unified approach.
- Project Management: Oversee business development projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgets.
Key Requirements
- Proven business development experience, preferably in financial services.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Understanding of financial services and digital marketing in regulated environments.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Proficient in negotiation and analytical thinking.
- Ability to contribute to strategic plans and collaborate effectively.
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
