Mane are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in Plant Hire, towards the Construction & Civil Engineering Sectors .

The role is to spearhead sales growth, develop strategic partnerships, and solidify our company's market presence within the UK.
Your responsibilities will be to spot and capitalise on new business opportunities, build and foster customer relationships, and hit sales targets within the industrial tunnelling and heavy civil engineering equipment sectors.
Responsibilities;
- Drive the acquisition of new business, focusing exclusively on the tunnelling industry and heavy civil engineering equipment sector.
- Maintain a vigorous sales pipeline, ensuring persistent tracking and follow-up actions.
- Develop solid connections with key players, influencers, and stakeholders in client organisations.
- Generate and present comprehensive sales proposals, contracts, and quotes that showcase our value engineering solutions.
Hybrid working is an option, with travel expected with this role.
Expected Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Commission Pacakge
