Reporting to the Business Development Director you will be responsible for securing new business in the energy sector, developing and delivering new business opportunities and managing company-wide marketing and communication.
Develop, deliver, and drive the strategy for new business development, marketing, and communication in collaboration with the Executive Management Team for opportunities in the Oil & Gas and adjacent sectors, integrating Business Development, Capture Management and Proposal Management activity into a cohesive and seamless approach
Overall responsible for work winning in line with business plan and budgets
Responsible for communicating sales strategy to wider exec team
Ensure the Sales and B usiness D evelopment strategy is aligned with that of other programmes for both new and existing clients, seeking to maximise effectiveness through collaboration with Project Directors and Contract Managers to identify opportunities with existing clients
Responsible and accountable for the development and submission of bids and proposals, and for the completion and submission of pre-qualification questionnaires and requests for information (RFI) approval in relation to opportunities within the Oil & Gas and adjacent sectors
