As a rapidly growing, operationally complex company, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive our pitstops growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads, building strong relationships with prospects and successfully converting them into ourportfolio.
End to end sales role from prospecting to outreach to signing and getting pitstops ready to golive
Identify potential leads through field sales and coldcalling
Manage leads through sales pipeline by identifying key decision makers, setting appointments, following up on leads and tracking progress towards meeting salesgoals
Work hand in hand with the activation team to ensure smoothonboarding
Collaborate with rest of the team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets andactivation
Be on top of competitive products and pricing including latest industrytrends
Collate feedback from the field to help our product and research team understand better pitstops needs & improve our valueproposition
Requirements
2-3 years experience in sales, preferably in the SME /independent world with high volume ofaccounts
Preferred (but not required): bachelor's degree from a top university in Business, Marketing, or relatedfield
Strong verbal and communication skills and excellent negotiationskills
You hustle and never take no for ananswer
You easily build relationships with potentialcustomers/clients
Ability to work independently and as part of ateam
Proven ability to work in a fast pacedenvironment
Previous in experience in a startup is aplus
