As part of our strategic plans for growth, we’re currently looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to take a key role in driving our strategic vision and onboard more world-leading clients.


Forming strong, positive relationships with potential clients is a crucial part of the role. You’ll be looking for freshopportunities for Harleys to offer creative services to both existing and new markets, primarily in the B2B sector. Taking responsibility for sourcing business wins, you’ll identify new ways of generating initial leads, right through tosupporting with delivering winning pitches.

Responsibilities


As a Business Development Representative, you’ll work alongside our creative teams and will need to carry out the following responsibilities:


· Build relationships with new and prospective clients to expand our customer base

· Generate pipelines and win new business opportunities

· Support in the production of inspiring and creative sales proposals

· Conduct office and field-based activity with regular client meetings

· Attend regular networking events

· Plan and develop processes for effectively managing new business activity

· Track and record new business opportunities using CRM tools

· Support in the development of marketing campaigns in line with key sales objectives


Required skills


We’re looking for a candidate who has the following skills and/or experience:


· 3+ years experience in successfully onboarding clients in a business development role

· Strong commercial understanding with experience working to KPIs to generate revenue

· Forecasting experience with excellent organisational and scheduling skills

· Good understanding of creative services and industry knowledge

· Experience delivering high levels of customer service

· Articulate and confident presentation skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· A self-motivated approach, with the ability to work as part of a team

· A creative and problem-solving mindset

· Efficient time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects
