Yıldız Holding is looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager-B2B for eStar Global, which is one of the group companies of Yıldız Holding, responsible for e-commerce operations of Godiva. eStar Global operation is basically focusing on B2eB, B2C and D2C strategies based on sales, marketing, promotions, and distribution.

Position Overview:


As the Business Development & Sales Manager - B2B, you will play a key role in establishing and expanding our business in the UK market based on the Godiva brand. This position is focused on lead generation, new business development, and sales targeting corporate and gifting B2B customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong networking skills, and a deep understanding of the gifting and B2B landscape.


Key Responsibilities:


New Business Development

  • Actively pursue and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Drive Godiva's entire sales cycle, from first contact to closing deals.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research studies to recommend optimal pricing options for our Godiva customers.

Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients through various channels.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with HQ teams to leverage campaigns and initiatives for lead generation.
  • Collaborate closely with HQ marketing teams to manage occasion-based campaigns and activities effectively.

Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed Revenue targets for Godiva Brand.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Complete responsibility for the contract negotiation and execution processes with customers, aligning every step with company policies and guidelines.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Building long-term relationships between customers and the Godiva brand, understanding their changing needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and headquarter functions to facilitate smooth operations in logistics, stock optimization, and supply chain.



Qualifications:


  • Strong understanding of the corporate and gifting B2B market in the UK & EU.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the e-commerce or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated capability to thrive in a culturally diverse work environment.
  • A team-oriented professional with self-motivation and an open-minded approach to collaboration.
  • Experience in sales over global e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Ebay, Wallmart etc.) is a plus
  • Experience in B2C portfolio management, and product listings
  • Proven experience in business reporting and controlling
