The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge AI-driven recruitment CRM and compliance software to medical recruitment agencies, hospitals, and clinics. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in technology sales or biotech sales, ideally within CRM or healthcare sectors.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly to a variety of audiences.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Solid experience with CRM software
