Business Director-Haier Europe

As Business Unit Director you'll have the strategic and operational responsibility for the Built-In business across all brands (Candy, Hoover, Haier). You'll have the autonomy to set the business direction, leading the product team and working with the sales team, wider business functions, and key customers to deliver and exceed the budget requirements. Collaborating closely with the product teams in Italy you'll have the responsibility for the product and range specification for the UK and Ireland markets. You'll manage, coach and develop a high performing team, as part of developing and embedding a continuous improvement culture.

With proven experience of working in a Business, Channel or strategic Senior Account Director role you'll have worked within a dynamic and fast-moving environment; Retail, Domestic Appliances, Consumer Electronics or FMCG. You'll be able to operate at a high level both externally and internally, enjoy managing complex negotiations and coaching and developing a high performing team.
