Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Proven analytical skills leveraging data for client reports
- Expertise in presenting complex information to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to ensure delivery of analytical data and reports to contract requirements
- Eligible for security clearance
- Understanding of SQL, Python and Power suite
- Coding with single source data warehousing
- Experience in estates management reporting
- Familiarity with CAFM systems like Concept Evolution
- Background in FM-related roles
Core Responsibilities and Duties:
As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in the estates team, supporting various projects and addressing estates and facilities challenges. You'll:
- Analyse data from project-specific systems, focusing on supply chain performance, compliance, and costs
- Develop insightful dashboards aligned with standards, ensuring data accuracy
- investigations to uncover underlying issues and trends, proactively identifying areas of concern
- Conduct cutting-edge tools and technologies to develop solutions for clients and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate expertise in Power BI to transform data into actionable insights
