Package: £35,000 - £40,000
Location: Swindon, United Kingdom
Working Model: 3 days in office & 2 days working from home - Flexible Working
A global Science, Engineering and Technology firm is on the search for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help support a valued part of their business. The firm has worked within a wide range of industries, from Aerospace and Defence, all the way to the Public and private sectors. Across these industries, they have worked on some fantastic projects for which they have won awards.
- The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will be accountable to the Business Intelligence Product Manager, This team supports multiple projects and understands estates and facilities challenges and opportunities.
- You will work across multiple projects, analysing data taken from project-specific transactional data and reporting systems, focused on areas such as supply chain performance, estate compliance and estate costs.
- You should have the ability and knowledge to produce dashboards in line with an agreed standard and understand the importance of data preparation and accuracy.
- You will Identify and facilitate investigations to prove a hypothesis or explore the data to understand and explain underlying causes, issues and trends.
- Should be able to identify previously undiscovered issues – identifying potential areas of concern before the client is aware.
Essential:
- Proven analytical skills and utilisation of data to produce client reports
- Skilled in presenting clear and concise information to a wide variety of audiences
- Proven experience of Power BI
- Able to identify trends and investigate underlying causes to address issues, highlight areas of concern and identify best practice
- Comfortable presenting findings to internal, external and client stakeholders at all levels
- Hold or ability to obtain security clearance
